A recent poll shows that three of the top five priorities for Canadians relate to health (poll). So why aren’t politicians talking about it?

Federal elections should address issues that matter to Canadians. During the campaigning ritual, each party tries to convince the nation that it offers what the average Canadian wants. But what does the average Canadian want? What does it mean if no party is offering what Canadians want?
